• On the first burn, please allow adequate burning time to let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar.
• Trim wick to about 1 cm/close to the wax before every use. If burning for more than 3-4 hours, make sure the wicks are trimmed at regular intervals to avoid forming mushroom tops or soot on them.
• Keep away from wind drafts from windows and fans.
• Do not leave candles unattended.
• If the jar is broken, please dispose it responsibly. Broken glass, if not disposed properly, may hurt animals, birds and humans alike.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Keep away from curtains, linen and inflammable objects.

Just contact us at hello@thewicktree.com and report the problem, we promise we'll be prompt and initiate a return of the product. Just make sure that the item you are returning is in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original, even if once opened, packaging. ​ ​

Refunds Policy: Once you contact us to initiate a return and we approve it, just hand over the product to the delivery person who will ship it back to us. Your refund shall be initiated within 2 business days of us receiving the item and processed within 7-10 business days depending upon your bank’s policy.

Standard Shipping is free for all orders above INR 999/- All products are dispatched within 2-3 days of the order. To a normal national location (excluding special areas), your order should reach you within 3-7 days of your placing the order.
